Ryan Bromley is a London-based food researcher, breaking new ground by developing theory supporting flavour in the Fine Arts. Upon completing an MSc degree in City University's Centre for Food Policy Ryan interned at the World Food Program's Rome headquarters, in their tactical Pandemic Response Unit.
Ryan has worked around the world in the food industry, notably as the UK Ambassador’s private chef in Warsaw, Poland. His research foci have included natural resources management, international food aid, food in cultural identity and municipal food systems. Ryan’s own culinary creations draw from an international larder and food traditions from around the world, creating big flavoured menus with kaiseki lightness.
